Partition and restructure IMS databases with almost no outage. Restructuring supported include conversion to HALDB, add and delete indexes, add and delete dataset groups, add new segments, change compression options, and area changes.

First released by NEON Enterprise Software as HALO (High Availability, Low Outage). Acquired by BMC in 2011, and renamed to Database Restructure for IMS.
